The Butterfly Effect

This diptych collagraph print was created to envision the idea of becoming a free spirit through individuality. In the first print there are three people but only in one area are the butterflies in color. This is to represent one person who is free and not like everyone else. In the second print all three of the people now have colorful butterflies. The title The Butterfly Effect is supposed to show how once one person breaks free from the mold of society it sets of a ripple effect and others follow.
